Thoth
Thoth is an After Effects plugin for fast, customisable batch layer management.

Scribe is an After Effects plugin for global layer sequencing and text find/replace.
Features:
Sets exact layer durations from their in-point
Close gaps or fully sequences selected layers back-to-back (ripple delete in Premiere)
Finds/replaces text across (including keyframed) text layers' Source Text values.
Use cases:
Quickly elminate black frames and stagger layers peferctly with one click
Easy text amends for text heavy animations.
Janus
Janus is an After Effects animation utility panel focused on one-click keyframe manipulation.
Features:
Align to Playhead: Move individual or groups of keyframes while preserving spacing across layers.
Evenly Space: Distribute selected keyframes evenly across a duration while retaining ease curves and interpolation types throughout.
Copy/Paste: Transfer keyframe values or easing between properties.
Reverse Animation: Reverse keyframe values or easing without changing keyframe times.
Preserve Motion: Retain interpolation, easing and spatial tangents when retiming.
